"...I have yet to come across a company that has ever forced any employee to agree to any form of compliance or agreement on a daily basis." Well, if you take a look at the Ontario Public Service (Canada), you'll find they do it on a daily basis. I work for them and yes I have to read an agreement before I can login to my computer.
