Thank you very much for the mention Toby. When I spoke with Carmine I did explain to him that a small organization like ours does not really need quite as much of the planning and gauging as big corporations do when it comes to an Intranet. I could like to tell you that I did write up a report on how things are going with the blogging part of the Intranet - and then presented on that very topic at KMWorld & Intranets. As for the needs of the organization - our needs were much simpler than most of you clients - we needed an organized place to communicate, collaborate, and find information. We wanted to eliminate emails back and forth and we wanted to make sure that the entire staff was connected. I can tell you that productivity has gone up (I don't know the exact percent), communication is much improved, collaboration is happening where it never happened before, and the staff feel empowered by the fact that they are able to make changes where needed without my assistance.
