There are a lot of organizations that use the DiSC Profile for hiring but most of the things I read say this is a questionable practice. It can certainly be used for evaluating people and trying to determine if they might be a good fit for a position but it's questionable whether or not it's a reliable screening tool. It's not recommended to use it as a stand alone tool for the hiring decision.
