It's definitely not fair. Can't some governmental authority intervene in this matter? It's a social program after all. And Nokia is a corporation that has a reputation to stick up to. This is not a way to improve it. Especially since it's common knowledge it has mad some astonishing profits over the past years. It steal hold the position of top as a mobile-phone manufacturer. So what could be the possible reasons? More profit? Very likely. --- Arizona PEOs. For successful businesses.
