I'm very surprised that you say personnalisation don't interest employees. What is interesting employees on our portal is first their carreer, pay, mobility, repayment and so on. Or you make the difference between identification and personnalisation but if you think RSS will become popular on intranet don't you think it's also personnalisation ? BTW I will be very interested to know the best intranet portal with an HR and management profiling contents and service.
