Hehe, no, not upset at all. I'm just trying to inject a little passion into a fairly dull topic -- and to stress a very important point: forget about the technology, focus on the people and process and then the technology will follow. There really are no stupid questions, but there are stupid decisions. I encourage anyone to ask any question regardless of how stupid it might sound -- give me the best and worst you got!
