There's always something behind it. I'm going with the limiting option. If you tell your employee "you're no allowed" you'll be seen as a bad and rigid boss but if you let him connect with other employees, even for an hour, he'll be satisfied. Another thing on my mind, I read somewhere (can't remember where) that Serena is using the services of London Virtual Office and that they have a contract for a year now. Ain't Serena big enough to do it on it's own? Why does a software company that grew so fast still need help?
