I'd be interested to know if the above statistics refer to the 'availability' of the technologies within an organisation or the actual 'use' of the technologies wtihin an organisation. For example, at my organisation we have SharePoint which gives employees the ability create discussion forums, blogs and wikis. In practice, hardly anyone is actually using these techologies (mainly just using SharePoint for doc mgt). We have a link to a discussion forum on the home page where people can post a topic for discussion. There has been one topic posted in the last 2 weeks. My suspicion is that although these technologies are available within many organisations, widespread uptake hasn't caught on yet.
